The St Joseph’s School, Nundah community is proud to celebrate Mrs Angela Greathead, who has been named the 2026 Brisbane Catholic Education Spirit of Catholic Education Award recipient. This prestigious award recognises individuals who exemplify the mission and values of Catholic education through their faith, service, compassion and commitment to others.
As our Learning Enhancement Teacher, Angela has dedicated herself to helping students grow in confidence, develop a love of learning and experience success. Brisbane Catholic Education recognised Angela for her faith, compassion and commitment to supporting students and families, particularly those requiring additional learning support.
Angela’s impact extends far beyond the classroom. Through her years of service as a Sacramental Coordinator and her commitment to supporting both local and global communities, she has modelled the values of service, inclusion and care at the heart of Catholic education.
Those who know Angela appreciate her kindness, humility and dedication to ensuring every child feels known, valued and supported. Her quiet leadership and commitment to others have made a profound difference in the lives of students, families and colleagues.
