ANZAC Day March

On Friday, 25th April, St Joseph's Nundah proudly participated in the ANZAC Day March at Nundah. Our students represented the school with great respect and pride, honouring the memory of those who have served and sacrificed for our country.

During the ceremony, Pranavi delivered a heartfelt reading of the poem "Best on Earth," capturing the essence of the ANZAC spirit and paying tribute to the bravery and dedication of our servicemen and women. The poignant words resonated with all in attendance, reminding us of the importance of remembering and honouring our history.

In addition, two of our Year 6 students had the honour of laying wreaths during the ceremony. This act of remembrance was a powerful moment, symbolising our school's commitment to acknowledging the sacrifices made by so many.

We are incredibly proud of our students for their exemplary conduct and participation in this significant event. Their actions reflect the values we hold dear at St Joseph's Nundah, including respect, compassion, and a strong sense of community.

Thank you to everyone who attended and supported our students during the ANZAC Day March. Your presence and encouragement mean a great deal to our school community.
